Most of you know by now that former National Security Advisor Sandy Berger is under investigation by the FBI for pilfering some highly classified documents. These facts are not in dispute, as Mr. Berger and his lawyer have admitted as much. Also, Mr. Berger made notes about other classified materials and stuffed those notes in his socks and pants.
